Here at The Pilates Room and Yoga Lounge, our goal is to provide the best possible service along with the best pricing.
In order to achieve our goal, it becomes necessary to establish certain policies to keep the lively hood of the company. Expirations dates, 24 hours cancellation policy and and contracts are strictly enforced and binding.

24 hr notice cancellations policy: For the Passes A LA CARTE (non-menbers) We need 24 in order to cancel or re-schedule your session, or your session will be charged. We understand everybody has a valid reason to miss or late cancel a class. However, we have a limited number os students in class and to grant low rates this policy is strictly enforced and no exceptions will be conceded.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL and Membership, Packages, reserved spots are nontransferable. NO REFUNDS, CREDITS OR ADJUSTMENTS WILL BE GIVEN ON ANY PURCHASE.
